Operator and access

Ordinary Glow Studio is operated by AKOUAS LLC, Wyoming, USA. Questions about Studio can be sent to hello@ordinaryglow.com.

Studio is a private workspace for invited Writers and the Owner. It supports drafting, editorial review, explicit Owner publication and historical article reporting. It does not offer public registration, a paid subscription or an advertising account.

Your account

Use only the account assigned to you. Keep account details accurate and protect your password, recovery code and private invitation or recovery links. Do not share access or attempt to use another person’s session.

The Owner manages invitations, account status and recovery access. Contact the Owner if you cannot sign in or suspect unauthorized activity. Invitation and recovery links are shared privately; Studio does not promise automated email delivery.

Access may be disabled by the Owner. Account deactivation does not automatically erase editorial history or retract published articles.

Editorial workflow

• Save: saving a draft or viewing its private preview does not publish it.
• Submit: submission records a saved snapshot for Owner review. The Owner may return it with notes or approve it.
• Publish: approval alone does not publish. The Owner must prepare and explicitly confirm the selected content and public destination.
• Confirm: a successful publication records its live article link. A pending or failed operation is not a promise that no data has been transferred; ask the Owner to check its status before repeating an action.

Editing private work does not automatically update an existing live article. Contact the Owner about public corrections or removal. Images transferred during a publication attempt may remain publicly accessible even if that attempt is cancelled.

Content and existing Writer agreements

Your existing Writer agreement with AKOUAS LLC governs the agreed permissions for publication of articles and images. These Studio terms do not replace that agreement or create an additional transfer of copyright, payment arrangement or licence.

Submit only material that you own or are permitted to supply for the agreed publication, including images and third-party contributions. Provide required attribution and flag any restrictions, factual uncertainty, sensitive information or corrections to the Owner.

Check your selected public byline and approved content before publication. Uploaded images can retain embedded metadata; remove sensitive metadata before uploading. A private Writer assignment and a public author name serve different purposes and need not be the same.

Performance reports

Historical reports use the Owner’s read-only Google Analytics connection and eligible Studio publication records. Writers see reports for their assigned articles; the Owner can view the wider eligible Studio scope.

Reports are manually refreshed and depend on Google’s processing, tracking availability, consent choices, blockers and the article-to-Writer mapping. They are not guaranteed whole-site totals or evidence of current simultaneous readers. Unavailable data must not be interpreted as zero traffic.

Studio does not promise a particular audience, revenue or publishing outcome. Any separate commercial agreement remains separate from the display of these reports. Google authorization can be disconnected without changing the public article itself.

Responsible use

Use Studio for the editorial work and reports you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, obtain another Writer’s private work or reports, misuse credentials, upload malicious material or disrupt the service.

Report suspected errors or security issues to hello@ordinaryglow.com. Avoid sending passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary personal information. See the Privacy policy for how Studio handles account, editorial and Analytics information.

Changes and contact

Studio features and availability may change as the workspace develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. These terms do not add a new governing-law selection, dispute procedure or waiver to your existing Writer agreement.
